Jo Blayney
Jo Blayney is the founder and lead recruiter at Blayney Personnel. He started Financial Services recruitment in 1999 across operations, change management, regulatory, legal and compliance. There are many recruiters in this space, but few who have combined the technical knowledge, trust and industry cycle experience that Jo brings to the hiring process. Jo’s background prior was studying business management at Newcastle University majoring in Organisational Behaviour.
Jo and his wife live in Kingston in Surrey with their 2 children. Jo enjoys captaining a water polo team for one of the oldest clubs in the world in Putney and the rollercoaster ride of supporting Newcastle United.
